Dr. Darcie Weglo

Following studying sciences at AVÌìÌÃ, Darcie graduated with distinction from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She worked her final year in a master’s program before being accepted to the prestigious Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She completed her rigorous Doctor of Chiropractic degree with academic honours in 2011. Now owner of Creekside Dynamic Health, she has worked as an instructor at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, teaching therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation. Voted a local Top 40 under 40, Darcie sees patients of all ages, but has a particular interest in working with seniors to maintain athleticism through the ages, as well as with athletes in the areas of injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance enhancement.

Three young children (10, 6, 4) and we greatly enjoy our area for hiking, paddling, skiing.
Science University Studies
Uncover the physical and material world through observation, calculation and experimentation. Take courses in biology, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics and astronomy that transfer to university. Hone skills in mathematical and scientific reasoning, computer and technological literacy, research and evaluative skills, analysis, synthesis and integration of knowledge, as well as critical thinking and problem solving.
OC Alumni Association
The AVÌìÌà Alumni Association (OCAA) is a non-profit organization that celebrates alumni by creating connections and opportunities. Founded in 1988, the OCAA aims to connect alumni with each other and with the College, while supporting the College's mission statement of transforming lives and communities.
