It’s a fine spring morning in 1958. We’re at the Belgo United Church hall in Southeast Kelowna. People have arrived to audition for a talent show to be held on Dominion Day. They’ll be singing popular songs from the 1950s (so they don’t fall prey to that evil rock & roll). Tickets are $15
